✨ A little update for me ✨
Firstly, I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported my little business. Every order, recommendation and kind word means so much to me. 💕
Unfortunately, over the last few months I’ve had a small number of orders cancelled after design work had already been completed, or payments not made after time had been spent creating bespoke designs. As a small business, I simply can’t absorb the cost of lost time and unpaid work.
From today, full payment will be required before any design work begins for all standard orders.
For larger orders, such as wedding stationery and bespoke graphic design orders, I’ll ask for a non-refundable booking deposit before I begin. This secures your booking, covers the initial design work and reserves time in my schedule, with the remaining balance due before printing.
Every design is created especially for you, so a great deal of time goes into planning, designing and preparing each order before anything is printed. These updated payment terms ensure I can dedicate that time to every customer while continuing to provide the personalised, high-quality service I pride myself on.
Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support. I truly appreciate every single one of you and can’t wait to keep creating beautiful stationery for your special moments. 💕
