Today is Gift Aid Awareness Day, and we’re encouraging everyone who is eligible to Gift Aid their donations to make sure they tick the box and complete the Gift Aid declaration when donating to our shops.

If you’re a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid means we can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate, at no extra cost to you.

Last year, Gift Aid generated an incredible £192,758 for Overgate Hospice – that’s 36% of all donations made to our shops!

So, whether you’re donating a bag of clothes, a box of books or something you’ve had tucked away at home, please tick the box and make your donation go even further.

We're hiring!

Could you be the perfect fit for one of our latest vacancies? We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated people to join the Overgate Hospice team.

Hospitality Co-ordinator
37.5 hours per week, on a rota basis including weekends and Bank Holidays. Shifts vary between 7:00am and 7:00pm.

Maintenance Supervisor
37.5 hours per week

Furniture Shop Driver/Assistant
15 hours per week, including regular weekends

Weekend Charity Furniture Shop Assistant
7 hours per week, on a rota basis
