We've been busy little bees behind the scenes are we're so happy to share...

🎉 We’ve been lucky enough to secure another grant! 🎉

Thanks to the generosity of the Booksellers Association during the National Year of Reading, we’ll be joining the Great Get Together at Crow Wood Park, Sowerby Bridge on Sunday 5th July, from 11am–4pm.

📚 We’ll be running THREE free storytime sessions throughout the day, and we’ll also be giving away FREE books!

We have 90 books to give away, including a wonderful selection of:
• Board books
• Picture books
• Short chapter books

A huge thank you to the Booksellers Association for making this possible. We’re incredibly excited to be part of such a fantastic community event and to help get more books into the hands of local children.

To make things as fair as possible, books will be available on a first come, first served basis, with one book per family.

We hope to see lots of you there! 📖✨

What a day! ✨

Today we had the absolute pleasure of taking Mo O'Hara and Loretta Schauer into two schools, and the energy was incredible from start to finish. We discovered fascinating facts about platypuses and their puggles, showed off some fantastic dance moves, and even created our own action chicks! 🐥💃

An author AND an illustrator in one visit? Double the fun! The children were amazing, asked brilliant questions, and were a real credit to their schools.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for such a memorable day. 💛

We've loved providing your Reading Spine books this year. Each half term, teachers have selected titles for their classrooms. Multiple copies of each titles in every class means the children can read together and discuss their thoughts. It's been brilliant to see this in action, and we can't thank you enough for choosing us as your supplier!
