Harveys is a family-run independent department store in the heart of Halifax. We sell fashion, lingerie, perfumes, cosmetics, shoes, accessories, menswear, gifts and homewares. We also have a popular restaurant - Upstairs at Harveys, which has free wifi. Our new gifts and homewares store in Halifax's Piece Hall is open from 10am - 5pm Monday to Sunday

Harveys is known for its friendly environment

and excellent customer service and is highly involved in the local community. Services include free gift wrapping, a loyalty card scheme called Privilege Card, and gift vouchers.

On Saturday we welcomed you in to our brand new Apricot & ONLY department! You were queuing out the door, you enjoyed a glass of bubbly and the first 30 customers to purchase got a gift bag to take away with them✨

It was a brilliant turn out, and we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who came to explore the new department. It’s a great addition to Commerical Street with plenty of new arrivals for you to browse.

We’ve had queuing out the door this morning! We’re so thankful for all of your support, and we hope you love this new department.

Our team has worked so hard behind the scenes to turn this around in just 3 weeks, which is incredible! So thank you to the team who made this happen, and all of you who came or are coming along to support us. We couldn’t be more thankful🩷

The team at Harveys has been working their socks off making this new department look absolutely incredible, and we can’t wait to welcome you in this Saturday from 9:30am.

You can enter through our Commerical Street doors, or if you need an accessible entrance you can come straight through our Beauty Hall, down the ramp into menswear, and on your left through the double doors is our new department!

You don’t want to miss this, there might even be some complimentary bubbly on offer too🤭
