🍷LAST CHANCE — AN EVENING IN MENDOZA🍷

There’s still time to join us for our September Dinner & Tasting — an evening exploring the wines and flavours of Mendoza, Argentina, with Bodegas Staphyle.

Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Andes, Mendoza is one of the world’s great wine regions — celebrated for its altitude, sunshine and distinctive, characterful wines.

Our evening will take you through a selection of Staphyle’s wines, from classic Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon to Bonarda and Cabernet Franc, including some of the more intriguing wines in our Argentine collection.

And, naturally, the wines will be accompanied by a three-course Argentinian-inspired dinner, including a traditional picada to start, roast beef flank steak with vibrant chimichurri and Mediterranean vegetables, followed by the wonderfully indulgent Chocotorta.

⚡🌿 We’re Fully Open Again! 🌿⚡

Good news — the entire Baythorne Hall site is now fully open following the recent electrical issues caused by a damaged underground cable.

A huge thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding while we got everything safely sorted. We know it’s been a little disruptive, and we’re very grateful for your support.

There are just a couple of holes left to be filled in, which we expect to have completed this week — but in the meantime everything is fully accessible and back to normal.
