Brings you joy At 'brings you joy', our vision is to offer UK made unique gifts, cards, locally grown flowers, balloons, wrapping, jewellery and home decor.

We became friends about 24 years ago. We had children the same age and had moved to a new area. Lots of holidays and parties later our friendship strengthened. After both losing our husbands early in 2022 and being made redundant one month apart in 2024, we decided to embark on this new adventure together. We had enquired about the shops in Petersfield Village on a Monday in January but nothing was available. On Friday that same week we set off to Norfolk for a weekend away and we had notification that shop 1 had become available. Over lots of w**e in a hot tub we talked and talked and talked about all our ideas!! We popped in to see the shop on our way home on the Monday and immediately knew it was right for us and so the deal was done.

*Our ethos*
The first thing we agreed was that we wanted to showcase local crafters but knew we would need time to find things we wanted to stock so a plan was formed to have a 'Crafter of the Month' across the year. We would give them a space in the shop to show their crafts and we could decide what works for our customers and develop some longer term relationships. We already have interested crafters booked in for the first few months! Secondly we wanted to source only UK made products that are a little bit different or unique, and not available on sites such as Amazon. We have everything from cards to candles, balloons to blankets, jewellery to jugs. We have small number of products in stock that are not manufactured in the UK but are designed or 'finished' here, being ethically made by artisans under free trading relationships. Where possible, we have also considered eco friendly items and have up-cycled many pieces of furniture and used them to display our stock. We are very excited about our new venture and meeting our customers. We welcome any suggestions that you have that will help to make this a great shopping experience for you. Love
