About The Design Team
The Design Team specialises in the design and installation of fitted kitchens and bedrooms, working with a wide range of clients including private homeowners, developers, and architects.
Our daily operations involve close collaboration with our qualified fitters, delivering high‑quality installations with precision, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
Role Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals who are looking to grow within the company, learn a skilled trade, and develop into a fully qualified Kitchen and Bedroom Fitter.
This is a hands‑on role with continuous training, guidance, and real‑world experience alongside our Head Fitters.

FULL CLEAN UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
Training & Development
Working closely with our Head Fitters, trainees will be shown:
How installation works are carried out from start to finish
The standards, expectations, and finishing details required
The full workflow and processes involved in kitchen and bedroom fitting
Trainees will learn on the job, gradually taking on tasks under supervision from the Lead Fitter. As skills progress, responsibilities will increase.
You will also learn to:
Correctly read and interpret plan drawings
Understand the products, materials, and components we supply
Gain practical knowledge of tools, fixings, and installation techniques
Experience in the industry is preferred but not essential. The right attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
