The new delivery has arrived as promised so everyone who has ordered puffins will have their parcels sent out in the next day or two. I'll reach out for addresses on Tuesday

These little felted animals have been with me since day one.
They've always been very, very popular.
I wish I could sell them at the same price I sold them 8 years ago but inflation and transport costs mean I have to increase to £15 this season.
Not bad for little creatures that are fairly traded all the way from Nepal helping to support some of the poorest communities in Asia.

Today's view from Grannie Annie's.
Skye and Dunvegan Head with the Cuillin beyond and Macleod's Tables to the right of St Clement's Church.
That's the very bit of sea that they sing about in the famous song "over the sea to Skye".
In The Skye Boat Song they sing about Flora MacDonald rescuing Bonnie Prince Charlie by getting him from Uist to Skye by boat across this very bit of water.
I promise not to sing it at you.

(Oh ....and there's an eagle playing on the thermals above the shop)
