Gutted! 5 weeks of work and although it’s got the correct number of patterns in every direction it doesn’t match the measurements stated on the pattern of 186x95x95cm. It’s come out 126x95x60cm and isn’t the size or triangle it’s meant to be (it’s smaller and lop sided). 😭
Hopefully the person who created the pattern can help me out (I’ve emailed her). 🤞

Normally I don’t start a new project until I’ve finished the one I’m doing. But my eyes are so tired I’m struggling to see the colours and patterns on the cross stitch. So I’ve put it to the side and started something new. 😔
A shawl that isn’t exactly easy as there’s 24 rows repeated and every one is different. But it’s easier on the eyes and relaxing. Yes, despite having to read the pattern constantly. It is relaxing. 🤣

NOT for sale: My daughter bought me this kit. I was excited and nervous about giving it a go. I drew the lines on, only to discover that it had a plastic film on it that I should have removed first. I thought 2nd time round I’d do a better job of the lines….🤣 not a chance! I can’t draw straight line to save my life! In the end I gave up, removed the mess I’d made and gave it to my daughter to do. Painting and drawing are definitely NOT my thing! 🤣
