Good morning all,
Sadly last Thursday, whilst in the shop I suffered a stroke.
I am ok but not fully recovered and need time to acclimatise and rest.
I am solely responsible for ordering and buying stock for the shop, but after having the stroke I am unable to drive for at least a month. Certain items cannot be purchased online and need a visit to the wholesalers.
So for the next few weeks at least there may be some gaps in our stock levels.
I appreciate your understanding and hopefully I will be back to normal in no time.

Today is a sad day for us all at The Sweet Spot. Our long standing member of staff Preston Sears is leaving us to go onto pastures new.
I am incredibly proud of the man he has become, since joining us at 15 years old and to this very day at just over 18 years old he has never phoned in sick, never let me down and always gone the extra mile.
I know that our customers will be sad to see him leave, but like myself, will wish him every success in his new role.
He's not now, nor ever has been just a staff member, he is like a son to me and he will be greatly missed.
Thank you Preston for everything.
