🚨 IMPORTANT FISH BUSINESS ALERT! 🚨
Following today’s success, we’ve officially unlocked a new achievement: TMC Fish Picking Privileges! 🎉🐟
That means we can now not only import fish ourselves, but also head to Tropical Marine Centre and hand-select livestock for the shop. Because of this exciting development (and because Ethan can’t be in two places at once… despite his best efforts), we’ll have a delayed opening tomorrow and will be open from 1pm–5pm.
Now, importing fish is fantastic, but there are some species that are harder to get hold of (we’re looking at you, Yellow Tangs 👀) or simply don’t travel particularly well. This is where TMC becomes incredibly useful. We get to personally choose the fish we bring home — the fattest, the most colourful, and of course, the ones showing the biggest personalities.
After all, nobody wants a fish with the charisma of a damp tea towel. 😅
By hand-selecting our livestock, we can make sure you’re getting healthy, characterful fish that are much more likely to thrive in their new homes for years to come.
Before anyone panics, delayed openings are not going to become the norm! While Ethan is currently holding down the fort solo, sometimes these fish-related missions are too important to miss. The good news is that once Ali joins the shop full-time soon, the doors can stay open while Ethan is off on his aquatic adventures. 🚐🐠
