Some beauties from this week.
Today I’m doing some gentle English Paper Piecing on the sofa with one of the cats curled up, snoring beside me. I’m listening to the rain pounding against the windows and I’m glad I’m warm and dry at home. I think I’ll light a fire very shortly…What are you all sewing today?

Visual Voyage by Inger Blood received Sue Nickels' Judge's Choice Ribbon at the Houston Quilt Festival 2025. Using, with permission from Kari Schell, "On Point Quilter" as her design source, Inger explains how she created the look of Visual Voyage. "I experimented with modern design and gray values of cotton fabrics. Traditional star blocks and the surrounding area were designed in EQ8 and paper pieced. The black fabric is Radiance to create a crisp/shiny look."
