Feeling saddened to hear that the Social Prescribers across Hartlepool and Stockton have been put on notice and are facing the loss of their jobs, with no plans for replacement.

These amazing individuals have worked tirelessly to support people in our communities, helping to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, and connect people with the support they need. Their compassion, dedication, and the difference they make every single day should never be underestimated.

At Something Positive Solutions, we have seen first-hand the positive impact Social Prescribers have had on so many lives, and we want to say a heartfelt thank you for everything you do.

Thinking of all those affected and hoping your skills, experience, and kindness are recognised and valued wherever your next chapter takes you.

What a fantastic day at Greatham Feast! 💜✨

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stall, had a chat, and supported us by purchasing crystals. It was wonderful meeting so many lovely people and sharing a little positivity and healing with the community.

We had a fabulous day and truly appreciate all the support. Events like these remind us how special our local community is.
