Well, this is it, your FINAL CHANCE to nab a bargain!!
We were actually wary of the “clothing down” advertising where everyone thinks that I better buy because you are closing down. It has taken so long to get all our fabric and quilts into other peoples’ hands, after all we have had 150,000 metres of fabric and we had to find the right buyer for our longarm machine.
We will be closing our Alan Teather Quilting doors for the final time at 3.30pm on Sunday 19th July 2026. This date has some sort of significance, because it will be 7 years and 8 months from when we started as Alan Teather Quilting on 19th November 2019, two months before Covid lockdown.
After this date we will not be selling online nor in person. The website will still be hosted by In-Studio our wonderful web designers, but customers will only see the holding page. We are going to have the website re-jigged as part of our “The Travelling Quilters” which is going to be our future lifestyle in the lorry, for the foreseeable future, we are not planning on doing sales from the website, but it would be disingenuous if you visit the website The Travelling Quilters.com and see us selling kits etc. in the next 10 years.
We have always prided ourselves in customer care and being honest and up front, but closing this business has taken some serious time and effort, more than we thought. We thank you for your continued support and friendship.
We will however be available for you to call to see what’s left and grab a bargain between these times 10.00am – 3.00pm on the following days:
