Hello, as many of you may or may not know I have lost two family members unexpectedly and tragically within the same week 💔 I need to take some time away to be with my family and build back up my strength. I have a couple of orders I have started so I will finish these and be in touch however I won’t be accepting any new orders until ready. For those of you who don’t know me yet, I’m Hannah Grace — professional overthinker, incredibly indecisive, and very much the kind of person who acts first and lets my brain catch up later 🤣

So… a few months into starting this page, we’re already having our first rebrand 🙈

After lots of thinking (and changing my mind a hundred times), I realised “HGS-Littlemoments” just wasn’t quite rolling off the tongue. “HANmade with GRACE” feels so much more right to say!🤩

A quick thank you to everyone who has followed me, purchased from me and liked/shared/commented on my posts, I really appreciate you all and it does not go unnoticed 🤍
