Hello all new followers & music lovers. It’s been bananas 🍌 all Summer long so unwittingly backed off the socials n promo! Heres some up to date pics 📸- This is our wee Hastings shop that we think is quite good for a little-old sea side town 😍. In a sorry not sorry kinda way, there is s**t everywhere for your eyes n earholes to take in! - We know we need a space at least twice the size for the amount of more 💩 that we would like to put out but until landlords have not lost the entire reality plot that can’t happen. 💵☠️ For now we will continue to replenish and stuff the gaps for the adventuring, real world visitor on a daily basis. You never know what you may just happen upon down in the PM basement! All the love and support we get means a lot. 👍✌️Have a great weekend. Dre, Steve, Crystal, Jordan & Sarah 🔊💫
Couple 1000 bits are available online and the cheapest place is direct on our own site.

Been quiet on here but always lots happening! We are constantly buying and filling the shop racks with goodies and now this…. 🥳🤩🎶

Pretty much there and 😊 & proudly presenting the next step up the musical ladder at Pressing Matters Record Shop (dot com) as the online store has gone live! 🥳🤓Need to do some more tidying up over the next days and weeks but for all intents and purposes WE ARE LIVE and open. We ship 🌍 🚢 ✈️ ✉️ same day too. You can also find us on Discogs and check your wants and if we have it, technically it’ll be available for lower as we can pass the costs from the fee. Postage far lower as well for the same reason, especially Internationally!
Adding titles every day from across the board but we do tend to hold a lot of the juice back for in shop sales only! 💫🤩 Take a ganders, spread the word and join the crew. Squillions more to come..Thanks for the support of our little basement here on the seaside of Hastings! Lastly, if you’re thinning the collection, we travel to buy every darn day! 😅Dre/Steve/Crystal/Jordan and Sarah

Morrrrrre! Word getting around that we pay top 💵 for good stuff… 7 boxes of 45s and a whole heap of 12” n LP. Fun things from a quick peep! Lots of dance/pop/rock/synth/80s — off on another 4 hour drive 🚙 at 5am to hopefully fill the wagon. Good times. If you’re thinking of selling — we are here for you! 💫🎶

So heres to another retail week and Thursday opening. Just thought I’d let you know that we are still alive down here! Heres a thrown together bunch of recentish arrivals to the PM basement. Kicking off with a Double gatefold 10” of Radioheads Kid A LP amongst a random couple of grabs 🤯🔊 The general pop/rock racks have been reloaded with firm favourites, the sale bins are constantly needing to be topped up thanks to folks taking full advantage of the discount structure! 🤪 £1 binners turn into 10 for a fiver 🥵 Theres tons of flat rate bargains out there too. 💸 The mailorder elves have been at it as well - Crystal has been sorting through the lo-fi/noise/experimental categories, whilst Jordan logged whatever I threw at him! 😬 Our Discogs is go. 10% off if you message me here and pay direct. Other than that — have a pleasant week. Back with more updates soon. 🙏 Dre, Steve, Crystal & Jordan. Team PM. 🎶💫
