Repost wearing Bobby & Dandy vintage USA varsity jacket.

“Continuing my series of "my favourite way to style..." is the Army Denim Shirt. I'm still yet to find a vintage one, so for now l've been fading this Full Count version for the last couple of years.
Pullover shirts aren't the most versatile of pieces. Once they're on, they're not the easiest layer to lose, so you pretty much have to commit to wearing them throughout the day. I can see why some vintage examples have been cut more like a shirt / jacket, extending the half placket to a full one.
Nevertheless, they're a great design, and I quite like the use of the pockets for various things.
Here are some of my favourite ways I've worn it over the years.”

These 1940s French moleskin workwear dungarees have lived a dozen lives, sunfaded, timeworn and held together by beautiful darning and heavy patches.

Paired up with a 1930s patched smock shirt because you can simply never have too much history in one outfit. Pieces like this are darn hard to find!
