Bacon Fried Potato Beans
Ingredients: 4 slices of bacon, 1 potato, 1 pack of beans
1) Slice the bacon, peel the potatoes and cut into thick strips, wash the beans and set aside.
2) Put oil in the pan and fry garlic until fragrant, add bacon and fry until fragrant, add potatoes and beans and stir-fry together.
3) Cover and simmer for 4 minutes on medium-low heat, stir fry in the middle.
Seemingly simple and ordinary ingredients can cook delicious dishes. Bacon itself has a salty taste and can be salted or not.
