Bacon Fried Potato Beans

Ingredients: 4 slices of bacon, 1 potato, 1 pack of beans
1) Slice the bacon, peel the potatoes and cut into thick strips, wash the beans and set aside.
2) Put oil in the pan and fry garlic until fragrant, add bacon and fry until fragrant, add potatoes and beans and stir-fry together.
3) Cover and simmer for 4 minutes on medium-low heat, stir fry in the middle.

Layered Meatloaf

Ingredients: 300g all-purpose flour, 100ml boiling water, 100ml water, 10g oil, 200g ground pork, 2 shallots
1) First scald the noodles with boiling water, then use room temperature water, pour the water and knead the noodles, and finally add oil and knead the dough, put it aside to rest for 20 minutes.
2) Add 1 teaspoon of ground pork (20% fat), 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of pepper noodles, one tablespoon each of light soy sauce, oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce, chopped green onion, and finally one tablespoon of sesame oil. Stir clockwise until stiff.
3) Divide the dough into four rounds, roll out into a thin rectangle, spread the meat filling, and fold from one end to the end to seal.
4) Put the prepared cakes on a plate, spray a thin layer of oil, and cover with plastic wrap.
5) Add oil to the pot and add the cakes, fry on medium-low heat until golden brown and turn over, cover the pot with low heat for 4 minutes and serve.

Bitter gourd scrambled eggs

Food: 1 frozen bitter gourd, 33 eggs

Stewed Pork with Potatoes

Teriyaki Chicken Rice
Ingredients: 3 chicken thighs
Production Method:
1) Wash the chicken thighs, remove the bones, dry the water and set aside. Mince the ginger and garlic.
2) Add in minced ginger and garlic, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of syrup, 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3) Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, bake for 20 minutes, take out, brush the surface of the chicken thighs with honey and bake for 5 minutes, then cut into pieces and put them on a plate, and finally pour the sauce in the baking plate.

soufflé
Ingredients: 2 large eggs, 20ml milk, 30g low-gluten flour, 1.5ml vanilla extract, 25g sugar.
Production Method:
1) Separate egg yolk and white, add milk, flour (sifted) and vanilla extract to egg yolk and mix well.
2) Add sugar to egg whites in three batches, use electric egg be**er until dry foam (lift the egg be**er, you can see a firm little pointy shape).
3) Mix the meringue twice with the egg yolk paste and mix well.
4) Put the egg batter into a piping bag, rub a thin layer of oil on the pan, squeeze a round cake shape, add a few drops of water to the side of the pan, cover and simmer on low heat, turn over for another 4 minutes after 4 minutes out of the pot.

Honey Sauce Char Siew Chicken Thighs
Ingredients: 4 chicken thighs,
Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of barbecued pork sauce, 1 piece of ginger paste, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine
Production Method:
1) Wash and de-bone the chicken thighs, drain, add all seasonings and marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
2) Bake in a preheated oven at 185 degrees for 25 minutes, remove the cubes and put them on a plate.
3) Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to the sauce for marinating chicken legs to thicken, stir while cooking, and pour over the chicken legs after boiling.
