Service update.
All engineers are available during the Covid-19 lockdown at present.
As Essential Keyworkers our Engineers have all been trained to work in these difficult time.
When booking for a repair the office will ask if anyone has any symptoms of Covid-19. Please be honest for yours and our engineers safety.
All engineers will strictly work within the 2m social distencing by :
* knocking at the door and stand back at a safe distance.
*Hand sanitiser and latex gloves are worn BEFORE entering your home.
*We politely request customers to please leave the engineer to get on with the repairs without you present in the kitchen etc again to ensure we stick to social distencing.
* Our engineer will knock or stand near the entrance of the room you are to let you know the repair has been completed.
* with arrangement prior to any repair or estimate we can accept bank transfer as a form of payment as well as cash or cheque.
We will prioritise NHS and Care workers when it comes to booking in work.
