Hope you’re all keeping well?

We are going away on annual leave!

We will be away from 7th September 2025 - 14th September 2025. Etsy will remain open during the time we are away with an extended processing time of 2weeks from ordering, no orders will leave us in the time we are away! We will still have access to messages and reply as often as we can. Orders placed in the time we are away will start leaving us from the 15th September 2025.

All orders placed before 2pm on Friday 5th September 2025 will leave before we go.

Hope you’re all well?

That’s a wrap til January- all orders placed before 1pm today have gone in today’s postal collection. I’m signing off now to finish prepping for Christmas.

Any new orders now won’t be printed til we are back on Thursday 2nd January. We’ve had our busiest Christmas to date so I am gonna take the full festive period off to recharge ready for the New Year! We are very grateful to all our lovely customers 💜

Our Christmas working hours:

Tuesday 24th Dec: til 1pm
Wednesday 25th Dec: Closed
Thursday 26th Dec: Closed
Friday 27th Dec: Closed
Saturday 28th Dec: Closed
Sunday 29th Dec: Closed
Monday 30th Dec: Closed
Tuesday 31st Dec: Closed
Wednesday 1st Jan: Closed
Thursday 2nd Jane: 8am-8pm

Our current dispatch times:

*Card only orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday will leave us the same day via standard 1st class- this doesn’t include bank holidays. (Please allow 12 working days from dispatch for delivery)

*Certificate/Chart/Print only orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will leave us the same day first class- this doesn’t include bank holidays.
(Please allow 12 working days from dispatch for delivery)

*Mugs/Money boxes 3-4 working days where possible we will be quicker. Both are sent via tracked 48, delivery upgrades are available. (Please allow 12 working days from dispatch for delivery)

Please be aware at the time placing your order, that due to the Royal Mail’s polices that we cannot replace/refund any orders until they are 12 working days past the dispatch date. This is the policy of Royal Mail for claiming items as lost - Strike days, weekends and bank holiday’s are not classed as working days.

A heartfelt post to all our customers in Northern Ireland

Firstly I want to thank you all for your custom since we started ❤️

Unfortunately from the 13th December we can no longer post to you all due to the new GPSR regulations for small businesses.

This is a huge blow to us and many other small businesses.

We will be still sending items out until 1st December 2024. Unfortunately at the moment Etsy aren’t planning to separate Northern Ireland from the UK in their shipping profiles there advice is for us to manually cancel all orders- so any orders placed after this date with a Northern Ireland postcode will be cancelled.

Again thank you for all your custom and we’re so sorry we will no longer be able to post to you this is something completely out of our hands xx 😢

Hey lovelies,

Hope you’re all ready for a lovely bank holiday weekend!

How are we nearing the end of August already, 2024 is definitely flying by. We have had a really busy few months and are now preparing for the festive rush- thank you so much we appreciate every customer especially with things so tough.

We won’t have a postal collection on Monday so any cards after 2pm will be printed and packed ready for Tuesday. Unfortunately I am slower at the moment due to a broken arm so can’t get as many out each day as I normally would but I’m still working it’s just taking me a little longer to do things since going into a cast.

Hey lovelies,

Hope you’re all having a lovely weekend!

How are we at the end of June already, 2024 is definitely flying by. We’ve had our busiest June to date with over 600 orders leaving us this month and still just under two days to go- thank you so much we appreciate every customer especially with things so tough.

This weekend I’m spending it on the sofa with my laptop. I am going to be busy updating listing so there all fresh and tidy but also adding some exciting new bits- Im planning to get all the categories refreshed before adding Christmas! (Though I’m really excited for this year so am eager to start)

Hello lovelies,

Hope you’re all okay?

Wow what a busy start to June! 91 orders left today that’s our biggest dispatch for one day of all time so thank you. We are working as fast as we can to ensure orders leave as quickly as possible.

We do have some important news to share, we found out tonight as a last minute surprise we’re off to see PINK tomorrow eeeekkkkk! So we will be heading off to Cardiff in the morning- all orders up to 11pm tonight will be prepared to go tomorrow, anything placed after this will be prepared on Thursday when we return! Messages and custom requests will be answered on our return- sorry for any inconvenience we don’t take very much time off so this is a lovely surprise!

Hope you’re all okay?

How are we nearly at the end of May and what a month it’s been hitting 7,000 sales- we’re very lucky to be continuing to grow year on year. We greatly appreciated our lovely customers.

We are continuing a massive update on all listings, there’s currently 1,800 to go through and still lots more lovely pieces hiding in my laptop- I’m hoping to have this completed by the end of June so we can purely focus on bringing you new items and prepare for Christmas.

One last thing before I sign off for the night, all orders placed after 8pm including cards on 5th June won’t leave us until 10th June as we are off to see Take That absolutely can’t wait- we apologise for any inconvenience if you do need anything urgently we are dispatching everyday as normal this week.
