Following the fantastic success of our recent Market Day, we’ve been thinking… why wait until Christmas to do it all again?! 😍

So, we’re putting the feelers out for our next event — and this time we’re thinking FOOD, FESTIVE & HALLOWEEN! 🎃🍔🧁🍬

📅 PROVISIONALLY – Saturday 24th October
📍 Riverside Shopping Centre, Haverfordwest

Before we confirm everything, we want to hear from TRADERS who would be interested in joining us!

🌤️ Bore da/Good Morning from Riverside Shopping Centre! 👋

There’s already plenty of activity around Haverfordwest this morning, and we’ve spotted lots of people up bright and early putting the finishing touches to their floats ready for today’s Haverfordwest Carnival! 🎉🎭

A HUGE good luck to everyone taking part today — whether you’re on a float, walking in the parade, performing, volunteering or heading into town to cheer everyone on. We hope you have a fantastic day! ❤️

Our shops and businesses here at Riverside are OPEN AS USUAL today, so while you’re in town enjoying the carnival, don’t forget to pop in, have a browse, grab a coffee or a bite to eat and support our fantastic traders too! 🛍️☕🍴

A massive good luck to Pure West Radio who are organising today’s Haverfordwest Carnival and bringing such a brilliant community event to the town. 👏🎉

Officially launched today - Raul Speek finally launched at the Riverside VC Gallery. Please come along and support the collection at The VC Gallery from Cuba to Pembrokeshire! Raul is a former veteran and his many stories behind his artwork! Well worth a visit!

A massive thank you to Steph, the Manager of Waldo Lounge, who very kindly offered every one of our traders at today’s Market a complimentary drink after the event! 🥂

Such a lovely gesture and a brilliant way to say thank you to all those who gave up their time to come along, set up their stalls and support our first Market at Riverside.

It’s little gestures like this and businesses working together that really show what a great community we have here at Riverside and across Haverfordwest. ❤️

Thank you Steph and the whole Waldo Lounge team for your generosity and continued support – it really is appreciated!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came along today to support the Market at Riverside Shopping Centre! ❤️

It was fantastic to see so many people out supporting the stallholders, our Riverside businesses and Haverfordwest town centre.

Those of you who know me and Councillor Randell Izaiah Thomas-Turner will know that I’m always quick to joke about how he took my idea of Narberth Civic Week and turned it into Haverfordwest Civic Week! 😂

But truth be told, I’ve been delighted to help and offer some advice along the way, and Randell, Haverfordwest Town Council and everyone involved deserve a massive congratulations for what has been an absolutely fantastic week. 👏

A huge amount of time, effort and organisation goes into putting on a week like this, and it has been brilliant to see so many different events taking place and people getting involved.

Today’s market was also our first event of this kind at Riverside under my management, and it was great to work in partnership with Haverfordwest Town Council to bring something different to the town.

There are always things we can learn, improve and build upon, but I really hope today is just the beginning of what we can achieve by working together.

Haverfordwest has some AMAZING traders, businesses, organisations and people who genuinely care about seeing the town succeed. ❤️

Congratulations to everyone involved in Haverfordwest Civic Week 2026 – you should all be incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved.

And a very special GOOD LUCK to everyone finishing off the week in style with the Haverfordwest Carnival tomorrow! 🎉🎭🥳

I hope the sun shines, the crowds come out and everyone has a fantastic day. What a way to bring Civic Week to a close!

Here’s to continuing the partnership, supporting one another and doing even more to promote Haverfordwest and everything our town has to offer! 🙌
