Our Third Event of the year The Whole Hog BBQ competition https://www.compbbquk.com/whole-hog-2026 Saw us crowned Champions again. The competition had got a lot stronger but the Ynni Kamado Team https://www.instagram.com/team_ynni_kamado/ managed to successfully defend their Championship at this event last weekend. Located in Pickering Yorks. The events 6 rounds produced 2 x1st and 3 x 2nd places with only one disappointment a 6th plus place in Pork Steak. The team of Adam and Marrianne produced a fantastic set of innovative and original dishes. A particular favourite was the full English breakfast pizza which won its class. A great warm up to Maldon and some other of this year's competitions https://www.smokeandfirefestival.com/maldon-bbq-festival-in-essex/ We have a few more outings this year.
