New cordage vessels. This group are heading down to in Padstow tomorrow.

The bronze has worked on this piece, highlighting the cordage marks.

A couple of weeks ago I topped up with a good range of bottles and vases in my newly formulated glaze.

I have quite a few orders placed at for rattling pebble bottles. Lots to do, but I thought I’d get ahead by making the seashells which are trapped inside each one.

It’s the last day of today. It’s been good to catch up with galleries and maker friends and meet new people.

On the table, every pot in my catalogue. On Friday I’ll be heading up to Skipton for a trade show for makers to meet trade buyers from across the country.

It is now in its 4th year and was a response to the sad demise of the British Craft Trade Fair. Fantastically well organised and straightforward. If you have a gallery or shop you’ll find so much there, we’re all geared up to supply wholesale and look forward to seeing you there.

Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th at the auction mart, dress warm!

A gathering of little pots on their way now to Wild Arena in the flow country, Sutherland. Some Solstice vessels, rattling pebbles and cordage pots.

Back in production and the first orders placed I. Glasgow are ready to go.

My next trade fair will be in Skipton. Well worth visiting if you are a small independent retailer.

Rattling bottles with local clay slip gathered on the morning walk.

I make tiny porcelain seashells that I trap inside the pebbles.
