This is how today started, sweet Norwegian waffles- gratulerer med dagen, happy 17 Mai to all Norwegians🇳🇴. Did you know that our brand name is derived from our joint Norwegian heritage? We discovered early on in our friendship that we both had Norwegian roots and shared many of the traditions so when we came to picking a brand name which had meaning for us we picked this link as our inspiration. ‘hurra’ will we said alot to day on Norways national day, a word for celebration, unity and togetherness and ‘hei’ hello a friendly upbeat word which leaves a smile.
