What we are trying to do here is bring music and art to the local community all year round and support those who are trying to make a living out of their art. We seem to be creating a popular space for people to meet and we are getting great feedback. We also need your support to sustain this. If you can spread the word, support the artists, buy their work - even if it's just a card or two - come to our events, talk about what we are up to, link with your own art and music activities and by all means give us your ideas - your support of this page also helps the artists and helps us to support musician and poets - comments on photos and videos don;t have to be positive - it would be good to have some interaction - art isn't meant to be lovely and popular - tell us what you think - we can take it!

Pretty good weekend with Echo Machine One - Lovely night at Wharf Chambers on Saturday with West Yorkshire Noblemen's Society and Astrid Von De Pahlen. Then Sunday at Yardfest for Saltaire Festival - We were introduced as "headliners" Shurely Shome Mishtake - Ed
Also without Echo Machine One a couple of solo accordion songs at Ingrow Station (and watching Joe and Jane complete the Yorkshireman Half Marathon in just over 3 hours)

Haworth Festival is now underway. Check out the programme. Our first event on Saturday 11th is a wire bird making workshop and is fully booked. There is also Jane's popular heart-trail run on the 21st - now in its 13th year! Also, a bit late in the planning, we have an event on 25th July - the opening of a retrospective exhibition of works by Chris Manson - see our events page
