Lots of stretching, breathing and relaxation in the shade 🧘‍♀️ Followed by flower crafting & decorating wooden bugs 🌼

🌸🌼🧘‍♀️KIDS MEADOW YOGA🌼🧘‍♀️🌸

Excited to be back at Haxby Flower Meadow this summer featuring kids yoga & flower crafting

THURS 13th AUGUST

Join Avocado Events and The School Yoga Project for a meadow themed outdoor yoga event.

Think flower & tree poses, plus themed colouring, flower crafts & wooden keepsakes to take home!

We have two sessions:

🧘‍♀️10am - 11.15am Ideally suited for ages 4-7 years. Yoga class (30 mins) followed by themed colouring tables & crafting

🧘‍♀️11.30am - 12.45pm Ideally suited for ages 8-12 years. Yoga class (30 mins) followed by calm colouring & a craft activity

🌸Tickets also include a hot drink & cake of choice for the accompanying adult

🌼PLUS a goody bag for the kids

£20 per child, £10 for siblings, booking here⏬️

*Siblings not taking part in the yoga or activities go free! There are open fields and hay bales to entertain!

*if you wish to pick your own wild flowers before or after the event, these can be purchased directly from the venue - £7 for a jam jar, £12 for a vase.

Gorgeous scenes at our Haxby Flower Meadow event this morning 🌸🌸 Kindly sponsored by Harrowells Solicitors

We made wild flower crowns, decorated wooden flowers & played in the Pure Swim Yorkshire paddling pools!

Thanks to The Custom Crumb Bakery for the beautiful flowers biscuits, and Good Bubble for the Gruffalo bubble bath treats!

Next event at the flower meadow is next Thurs 13th Aug for Kids Yoga & crafting

What a gorgeous morning for flower picking! ☀️🌸 Whether you’re after colourful edible flowers, sunflowers, or a beautiful summer wildflower bouquet, the meadow is bursting with blooms for you. Open 10am till 5pm today! 💐🌻

Did you know it’s free entry to the meadow? 🌸 Just simply pay for the blooms that you pick! Even if you’re not picking flowers, you’re more than welcome to pop by for a coffee, relax in the sunshine, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. 💐☕️

New footpath! There is now access to Haxby Flower Meadow from York Road. Open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am till 5pm. 💐🌻

Did you know that we make our very own Haxby Flower Meadow honey? 🍯🐝

During summer you’ll see the bees buzzing about the meadow, and they’re hard at work!

Jars of flower meadow honey are available to buy with your flowers. Last year they flew off the shelves, so if you’d like some of your own, be quick! 💛
