A free service for young people at International College of Oriental Medicine - ICOM to see how acupuncture can help aid relaxation.

More than one million children and young people were referred to mental health services in England last year.

As demand for support continues to grow, accessible community spaces matter more than ever.

If you're aged **16–25** and feeling overwhelmed, anxious or struggling with sleep or the physical effects of stress, our **Youth Multibed Acupuncture Clinic** offers a calm, supportive space to pause and recharge.

Funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, appointments are donation-based (£5–£20 suggested), and if you can't pay, you don't have to.

Acupuncture is offered as a complementary approach to wellbeing by experienced practitioners in a safe, welcoming environment.

Could you bring a little extra atmosphere to The Orchards?

We’d love to hear from talented local buskers and musicians who would like the opportunity to perform at the centre and add some live music to our visitors’ day. 🎸🎤🎷

We’re putting together a roster of approved performers, with **pre-booked performance slots** available throughout the year.

If you’d like to be part of it, get in touch! All performers will have a friendly audition with our team and, once approved and licensed by centre management, will be able to book designated slots to perform at The Orchards.

🎄🎄 And while we’re talking music... Christmas is coming! 🎄🎄

We’re also looking for local choirs and singing groups who would like to join us during the festive season and fill The Orchards with a little Christmas cheer. ✨🎶

Whether you’re a solo musician, duo, small group or a choir, we’d love to hear from you.

Haywards Heath Town Council - Summer Fun Days at Tory's Cafe

Looking for something to keep the kids entertained this week? Head to Victoria Park for some bouncy castle fun hosted by Torys Cafe!

Tuesday 18 & Wednesday 19 August

You'll find the bouncy castle and play activities in a shady spot next to Torys Cafe, making it the perfect place to enjoy some summer fun while keeping cool.

While the kids bounce, play and have fun, why not treat yourself to something delicious from the café? Enjoy a refreshing drink or a tasty treat while soaking up the summer atmosphere.

The activities are raising funds for Kangaroos, so you'll be helping to support a fantastic local charity while the kids have a great time.
