No automatic coffee machines used here. A simple moka that has been pouring coffee for 20 years. The older the moka the sweeter the coffee. A tazza is the cup it goes in ☕️. Buongiorno.

Frittata di spaghetti:

Boil spaghetti, half a kilo, throw into a bowl. Add 6 whole eggs. Cubed ham, pancetta, salami. Whatever you want. Add cheese. Pecorino or parmigiano, or both. Mix with your hands. Add olive oil to a frying pan, throw spaghetti into the pan allow to cook on a low heat. Cover. Turn using the lid to flip then cook the other side. Transfer to a plate and eat!

Beautiful Italian 1950s yellow garden cart. Original colour. Wheels move beautifully as shown by Lia. I guess back in the 1950s this would’ve been wheeled out to guests serving fresh Amalfi lemonade 🍋

There is always a vision. I easily see the end result before the end result, make sense? When I saw this lamp at the end of a long hot day sourcing in France I knew it needed one of my Pointe lampshades, knew the colour it had to be, knew how i would shoot it, I just knew.
