More House Farm Fishery Nestled in Mid Sussex, we are an expanding fishery with 3 specimen lakes available for you to choose from. We also have a café and tackle shop on-site.

With several carp over 30lb and catfish to over 47lb, this is a prolific, yet quiet fishery.

Hi All,
We have closed swims 19 and peg 1 on Kingfisher today as the water level is to low due to the lack of rainfall. So they will be closed until further notice.
The weather is driving me mad. Sorry about this.

Hi All
Kingfisher has been fishing well again this week, Joe fishing in peg 4 for and 48 hrs session had 17 fish out and a few Bream with carp over 25lbs and a few teens well done Joe.
Canal has been productive with the Monday match winner having 140lbs from peg 15 caught on 6mm fishery pellets, can you beat him??

Hi All
This weekend all the fish have come alive again, carp cats coming out all over the lake.
We had a 38lb cat out from peg 6 which put Mr Webb on a high. Loads of carp out from peg 2 to peg 11 really good lads keep it up.

About 3 months ago we put a steel shed at the side of peg 13 shed on Kingfisher. It was going to be a charging shed where anglers can charge the phones, ipads and laptops.
Today I went to make a start by collecting the electricity opened the door and found somebody had put there rubbish in the shed, a big bag of crap, a sleeping bag and pillow.
I have to ask myself why we bother to make things better for the anglers, not sure I am going to bother or not.
What do you think.

Hi All
last week saw a greater number of cats coming out of Kingfisher, mainly caught on halibut pellets. but we think they have slowed a bit as the number of carp has increased.
The cats go a little mad for a week or so then lay up to digest.

we have been removing some of the tiny carp from Oaks yesterday pole fishing so i doesn`t annoy the big carp anglers and i caught this on my pole on a 18 hook with 1.1 lbs hook length.
