Dear Mike,
Sorry I didn't get in touch before Christmas. It has been rather hectic here with this new system up and running.

But I wanted to thank you so much for all your help with the printer and labels. You were correct, they were able to change the settings so we didn't need to buy the ribbon, which was great, we were panicking a little that we may need to change the printers, but thanks to your expertise, its all sorted and we are up and running.

We have decided to use the larger labels, so would you be able to collect the smaller ones (76x38), as discussed.
