Today is Pride in Hull and I’m out and about waiting for the parade. The hypocrisy is not lost on me, posting something like this while also rainbow-coding my business for Pride, like every other business at this time of year.

But here’s what you need to know about me, in my day-to-day life:
-I identify as an ally and advocate of the LGBTQIA+ community. I’m a cishet woman, so I don’t know the lived experiences of others and can never know. But to accommodate this I ask questions and learn from others.
-I show up where I can for the LGBTQIA+ community, whether that be at a public demonstration, through the jewellery I make or the charities and communities I support.
-I’m also a researcher, currently completing my doctorate. Some of my areas of research passion include LGBTQIA+ research, power systems and discourse theory, and Q***r Theory.

And beyond June/July I will continue to support LGBTQIA+ communities in any way that I can.
The rainbows just an added extra, because I also love rainbows 🌈🥰

While we’re in the full swing of things, we’re sadly having to take a step back from production because we’re experiencing some technical issues that are making 3D printing and modelling a bit difficult at the moment.

We do have some stock available to make earrings so if you’re interested in a pair please send us a message and we’ll see what we can do!
