se note these bears are not toys. Due to not having a CE mark (BS EN71 toy safety regulations) the bears are not suitable for young children and are meant for ornamental purposes only. We do however use Fire Safety checked stuffing to fill the bears. Fire retardant polyester hollow fiber stuffing complies with the flammability requirements of BS 5852: 1982. Keepsy Bears and accessories will not be liable for any misuse of our products
-Unfortunately we do not accept returns. The finished products are extremely personal to you, (using your items of clothing for bears, pillows and blankets) Therefore I'm afraid we cannot accept returns on any personalised item. If in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any aspect of your item please contact us asap and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
-All products made at Keepsy Bears and accessories may at any point appear on our web page and or social media platforms
You have the right to request that any private personalisation supplied by you is not used, in the images that appear on our website and or social media platforms, this must be done in writing. If a written request is not made we reserve all rights to the images and will use them on our web site and or social media platforms
-We do not allow the resale of any item made by Keepsy bears and accessories
