We were established 30 years ago in Church Street, we specialize in affordable knitting supplies and are happy to help the experienced, new and bemused knitters!

UPDATE FROM JAMES…

If you're not aware, I have some very sad news: Chris, my wonderful Mum and the talent behind this shop since 1984, sadly died on Tuesday 30th June.

I'm sure this has come as a big shock to you, just as it has to me. I imagined she would have been here for many years to come, but I am incredibly grateful for the 31 amazing years I had with her.

I'd like to thank everyone for the very kind messages and support since she went into hospital at the start of June. It made a huge difference to know you were all behind us, my family and I really appreciate it.

We both got through the Christmas break unscathed, so 2026 has gone off to a much better start! We’d just like to say thank you for all your kindness, support, and understanding you showed us last year. We should be able to be open normally this year.
