Krafty Kids runs four days a week at the Museum of Cornish Life, free and drop-in. CAST-Off is back at Penrose every Saturday with free artist-led sessions. Add Art in the Park, the Summer Skate and Scooter School, Circus Funtasia in town until the 9th, Play in a Day, Squashbox, a games expo and an open-air cinema double bill on the 7th, and there's very little chance of anyone being bored.⁠

Our August newsletter goes out on Monday morning with the lot in one place, dates and times included, so you can work out the week ahead over a cup of tea rather than scrolling through the whole calendar.⁠

We have had some super duper lined notebooks and 2027 calendars (eek!) delivered today from Matt Johnson of Falmouth.

These beautiful calendars are 30cm square (60cm tall x 30cm when open) and depict scenes of Cornwall, Scilly and Lundy. They come with a protective cardboard envelope which makes the perfect gift.

Good afternoon folks..It’s ‘Thirsty Thursday’..thank goodness its raining as our gardens really need a drink…💦

and her perfect piece of equine elegance ‘Sol’…but realised the writing obscured its utter beauty!!! What a plonker…🫣
So here it is again in its full glory..In love (obviously) ❤️
The canvas measures 55cm square and is an original, using charcoal and oil…available to view along with some other fantastic art work here at Wick & Wood
