So what is a Hypar Stretch Sail Shade i hear you ask.....? Well, A hypar is an architectural and mathematical shorthand for a hyperbolic paraboloid—a saddle-shaped surface curved up in one direction and down in the other. They are made from the same material as our stretch tents. They are manufactured by RHI and we think they are great! They are as strong as an ox and perfect for providing shade for private parties and events. Available in a range of colours and sizes.

As we head into our fifth heatwave of the summer, our thoughts are turning firmly towards shade! Whether you’re looking to create a cool, comfortable space in your garden or provide shelter for a wedding, festival or other event, having somewhere to escape the sun (or the rain) is becoming increasingly important.

That’s where our Hypar Stretch Sail Shades come in. Stylish, versatile and made from the same durable stretch fabric as our stretch tents, they’re a great way to create an attractive outdoor space while keeping your guests protected from the elements.
Available in a range of size from 5.5x5.5m all the way up to 13x8m
Also available in a range of funky colours: white, grey, chino, pink, black, red, orange and blue
