Nicky Grant is a chocolatier and cake artist working from her studio/kitchen in mid-west Cornwall. She creates bespoke wedding & celebration cakes, chocolate showpieces and sculptures as well as smaller pieces such as handmade favours and gifts which can be ordered and delivered to any part of the UK. Her fresh chocolates include flavour combinations that have won awards at the Academy of Chocolat

e, The International Chocolate Awards and the Great Taste Awards. She loves to explore different flavour combinations such as Fennel & Ginger, Lime & Chilli, Cornish Blue Cheese & Port and Amaretto & Marzipan. She also teaches skills in the art of chocolate and cake decoration in both group classes and tailored individual sessions. She has featured on Channel 4's Extreme Chocolate Makers now on Netflix.
