PFS Clean Water Management delivers specialist water treatment across the UK, with 30+ years’ experience. As well as Dirty Water and Sewage Pumping Stations.

Based in Cornwall, we provide tailored filtration, purification, system design and long-term maintenance for clients right across the UK PFS Clean Water Management started trading in 1989 (better known as Pump and Farm Supplies). We carry out full design, installation and commissioning of both; Clean Pumping Systems, including Ultra Violet filtration, pH correction, Iron and Manganese removal systems. With over 20 years experience we have the expertise and flexibility to design and build a system to your exact requirements and offer our best advise to ensure that a robust and efficient long term solution is achieved. We believe every situation is unique and needs special attention, with us you can be sure of a personal service with products to match. Our office is based in Helston, Cornwall, we have a trade counter open to members of trade and the public, we also offer mail order services covering the nation. We are UK national distributors for Dab, Grundfos, Lowara, Mono and Pedrollo Pump Manufactures, as well as importers of Mono's Solar Pumping Solutions stocking the Sun-Sub Range,

Our PFS Clean Water Management engineers attended site to investigate overflowing chambers and quickly traced the issue to a blockage within the treatment unit 🔍🔧

✅ DO probe cleaned and tested 📊

Our engineers carried out a full UV and pH system service, replaced UV lamps and filters, refreshed pH media, completed borehole pump servicing and electrical checks, and installed a replacement booster pump to restore reliable operation ✅⚡🚰

👷‍♂️ Proactive maintenance helps keep private water supplies performing at their best, while identifying potential issues before they become costly problems.

The PFS Clean Water Management Engineers were on site supporting the installation team with the final commissioning of a Kingspan FBCSTP 2-3 Sewage Treatment Plant ✅🏡

Works completed included:
⚡ Wiring in the sludge return pump
⚡ Wiring in the FPZ SCL-R30-MD blower
⚡ Wiring in the JDK-S-80 unit
💨 Installing and plumbing the main aeration hoses
🌊 Connecting the air lift hoses
🔌 Connecting mains power and carrying out full testing

🛠️ During commissioning, our engineers identified an issue with the FPZ blower, with the motor appearing to be seized. A replacement blower was sourced and installed,
along with a new motor overload to ensure compatibility and reliable operation ✅👏

💪 Following replacement and testing, the system was fully commissioned with:
✅ Excellent aeration observed in the middle chamber
✅ Airlift system operating correctly
✅ Sludge return pump functioning as intended
✅ Equipment tested and performing efficiently
