This one’s for those jars at the back of the fridge you swear you’d finish 🤓
🥜Satay Peanut Dressing
Near-empty peanut butter jar • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tsp maple syrup • 2 tbsp warm water
Shake 20–30 secs until smooth. Add water if needed. Use on noodles, rice bowls, chicken or cucumber.
🍓Raspberry Vinaigrette
Near-empty raspberry jam jar • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar • 2 tbsp olive oil • pinch black pepper
Shake 15–20 secs until glossy. Pour over leaves, goat’s cheese or salads.
🫙Classic Dijon Vinaigrette
Near-empty Dijon jar • 1 tbsp vinegar • 3 tbsp olive oil • ½ tsp maple syrup • ¼ tsp garlic granules • salt & pepper
Shake 20 secs, rest 5 mins. Use on salads, potatoes or greens.
