I’m incredibly proud to be one of the first healthcare and wellness professionals introducing PRYSM iO.

Forty. What a privilege. ❤️

If there’s one thing this milestone has reminded me, it’s that growing older is never something to fear, it’s something to be grateful for. I feel incredibly blessed to have reached 40, surrounded by the most wonderful family and friends, with a business I genuinely love, memories made travelling the world, and the greatest gift of all… becoming Ellery’s mummy.

My heart is so full after celebrating with so many of the people who mean the world to me last week, and now I’m feeling incredibly lucky to be continuing the celebrations in beautiful Corfu with Simon and Ellery. I truly couldn’t have wished for a more perfect way to welcome this new decade.

Forty doesn’t feel like an ending, it feels like the beginning of an exciting new chapter. I’m not worried about the number at all; I’m genuinely excited for everything that’s still to come. Here’s to more adventures, more laughter, making memories with the people I love, and never taking this beautiful life for granted. ✨

***Trigger Warning - Pregnancy Loss***

14th July would’ve been our due date. Instead, I want to share what this year actually looked like behind the scenes.

Nobody warns you how long the body really takes to heal. I dealt with an infection that took ages to clear, and my hormones have been so out of sync I’ve been having two periods a month while my body tries to figure out ovulation again. I’ve been more emotional than usual, PMT when it’s not even due, brain fog, and some days zero motivation to do the basics, let alone work. Emotionally I’d healed. Physically and mentally, my body was still catching up.

What’s helped me get back to feeling like myself in the last few weeks: reflexology, kinesiology, acupuncture and pathogen clearing. I can’t thank these practitioners enough for supporting my body to restore itself, naturally and in its own time.

If you’re going through something similar: be gentle with yourself. Take the time your body is asking for. Listen to it, even when it’s inconvenient. Healing isn’t always visible, but it is happening.

To anyone who’s felt alone in this, you’re not. 🤍
