Following our announcement on 26th June, we are sad to confirm our final day in the shop operating as usual will be Saturday 5th September.
Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone who has come in to see us in the last 2 months or sent messages. Like you, we are very sad, but it’s the right decision for our family and I know you all understand that.

Vouchers - We have had a number of people already come in and use their vouchers, but we know we have a couple outstanding. If you still have a valid voucher, or you know someone that has, please get in touch via email or come into store to use your voucher before the 5th of September, the sooner you come in, the more choice you will still have!

Further Reductions - So many of you have already grabbed a bargain and picked up your favourites from our sale. As we now enter our final 2 weeks, we are reducing all of our sale stock by at least 40% from its original price. We have some bras as low as £10! This includes strapless, maternity, sports, swimwear, briefs & nightwear! Please share with your sisters & friends, especially those not on social media. Our full selection is NOT on our website, currently in-store only.

Mastectomy/Post-surgery-We are delighted to share that we will be continuing in some way with our mastectomy/post-surgery section. We will share all the details once they are all confirmed, which is likely to be after our closure.
If you would like us to keep you informed directly, please email us [email protected] or text us 07852 509597 with your name and contact details and we will be sure to keep you up to date once we have everything lined up.

Fitting Appointments-We are no longer able to offer full-fitting appointments. However, we will be able to offer advice & guidance on size and fit (subject to availability). If you require specialist advice for mastectomy/post-surgery, please drop us an email and we can arrange.

We are open our normal hours for the next two weeks, 10.00-4.00pm Tuesday to Saturday. Come in and have a browse, try on and treat yourself to a bargain!

This is a long post, please bear with me. 

Our five-year lease ends later this year and I’ve made the very difficult decision not to renew it.  We expect the shop to close around September. We will continue to offer fitting appointments until then.

This decision hasn’t been made lightly. The past year has brought significant personal loss, with the passing of my mum last summer and my father-in-law in December. It has been a reminder of how precious time with family is, and I want to make more space for that in the years ahead. Running a business leaves little room for grief or family life. Combined with the increasing pressures and costs of running a small business, I no longer feel able to give the business and you, my wonderful customers the time and energy you deserve.

While I am stepping away, I know how valued this service is in Hereford and the surrounding areas. Because of that, I am exploring options for the future of Pear-Laine, including the possibility of someone taking over the business and continuing what we’ve built together. If anything develops, I’ll be sure to keep you updated.

I’m incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved over the last five years, supporting thousands of women through fittings, including maternity, teen and mastectomy fittings, launching our Support Your Sister scheme, and becoming part of such a wonderful community.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support, loyalty and friendship. It has been a privilege to meet you, hear your stories and help you along the way.

As we move into these final months, we will be holding a sale. The sale will officially begin on Tuesday 30th June, although reductions will start from today. If you have a favourite item, or there is something you’ve had your eye on, please do pop in. The sale will be added to our website a little later.

If you have a valid gift voucher, please don’t worry, there is still plenty of time to use it. We will continue to offer fitting appointments, but please get in touch via email at [email protected] or through our website.

It’s coming up to the summer holiday season and, as you may know, I have recently been away. I thought it might be useful to share some holiday underwear essentials that I packed for my time away.

Our previous reel showed some bra-styles, this one is for the everyday essential briefs! In addition to our pretty sets, we wanted to share what we say are our foundational pieces for outfits and everyday solutions.

☀️It’s coming up to the summer holiday season and, as you may know, I have recently been away. I thought it might be useful to share some holiday underwear essentials that I packed for my time away, for some inspiration.
Firstly, these are some bra-style essentials that I picked to take with me. There is also one for everyday essential briefs which will follow!

I am currently wearing a 34GG/H in Elomi/Fantasie/Empreinte (depending on the style & brand).

Please remember, we are all different shapes and sizes, so not all styles of bras may suit us. In addition, there is the complexity of bra sizing varying across different brands as well as some styles, so if you have been struggling to find what works for you, that is why!
If you haven’t been in before, we would highly recommend booking a fitting appointment to avoid disappointment, this will allow us time to help you.
