** HEAD PERSON **

We appreciate that these are becoming rare diamonds in this industry! But we are still looking for you... wherever you are!
Mature person capable of running a large team of horses and staff. Must have experience in a role of this nature, an HGV license and ambition.
With the Olympics looming, 2024 has lots to look forward to – to compliment and balance the hard work associated with working with horses and a top end competition yard.
Level-headed, common sense, conscientious, good time keeping, diligence and reliability are all good assets for this role. If it sounds like you, give us a shout, we’d love to hear from you.

ALTERNATIVELY...
** YARD MANAGER **
A home-based position, could be suited to someone local in Dorset, 4 days a week (which could be negotiated). Mature person to oversee the day to day running of the yard and all that it entails.
A suitable person would be well organised, have a good rapport with people and extensive knowledge of horse health.

And a ** TRAVELLING GROOM **
A person who loves the excitement (and long days and nights!) that come with the competition scene. HGV essential.
There will be the usual day to day duties at home in between events, but plenty of opportunity to travel both in the UK and abroad and attend prestigious events (and a few not so prestigious too – sorry, comes with the territory!).

Great job opportunity

Job opportunity: Unfortunately one of our great girls is leaving in mid September so we are looking for a new staff member to join our team. Ideally the person will be a keen rider looking to be part of a competition yard. We are planning to do most of the events for the rest of the year so there will be plenty of opportunity to train and compete at eventing comps and some jumping shows. Equally we are happy to have a horsey traveller who is committed to 3 months or more or someone with previous horse experience who doesn’t have their own horse and is looking to work on a horse property. Can sign off on visa.
We are in the Southern Highlands near Moss Vale NSW. 1.5hrs from Sydney.
