Hi Everyone. Well, it is nearly the end of 2023, and things are about to change for us and our work. We will be leaving the Herefordshire Guild of Craftsmen. I joined in 1988 and Ant in 1994. As of January 2024, we will be following new paths with our work. We will be experimenting with different resins and expanding our ranges. Here is just a taster of things to come. It is something we have never done before, but has infinite possibilities. These pressed flowers are set into metal findings, (there are duplicate images here to show close- ups) but we are also using open moulds for pendants and ear rings. and much more. They will be on show at the Worcester Cathedral Christmas Fair, November 30th to December 3rd. Details are on their website. Thanks for looking.

Sarah Billingham works from her home studio in Herefordshire where she produces a beautiful and popular range of wheel thrown items using white earthenware clay. These are then decorated with coloured slips and finished with a clear glaze. Sarah’s pottery features a variety of designs: animals, landscapes, trees, simple but subtle stripes and birds.
Sarah’s extremely attractive, and very useful designs, can be seen at the Three Choirs Festival, Gloucester Cathedral, 22nd to 29th July
