Sarah Baulch Homewares Visit my Gallery to see my art, homewares, cards and all the lovely things I create. Sharing what I have learned is joyful. It seems to make them and me smile.

I am passionate about the environment and inspired by nature in my paintings, collages, fabric designs and teaching work. I can help someone learn a new skill such as sewing, spark an idea about recycling or get them to create a collage from beach-finds. I show my work on-line, at home or in exhibitions so others can see it. Making work is quite solitary and I enjoy a chat about what I get up to when I get the chance. My printed fabrics feature my Watercolour paintings. Printed digitally and made in the UK into products by myself or others this is something I love to do. Always bearing the environment in mind I try to be as sustainable as possible with my goodies. My collages are made from beach-combed items, ranging from driftwood to worn plastic spoons. Everything that washes up draws my attention and over time might end up in my art. Working with vintage textiles, thread and newer 'ghost' items is another obsession. Patchwork throws, vintage lace cushions and button baubles at Christmas all bring the unloved back to life. I work in many different areas of art and design, focusing on what captures my imagination and attention at the time.
