This week is British Flowers Week and today I opened my field to local florists. The General Synod of the Church Of England has been very keen for flowers to be used and arranged in a sustainable manner. With that in mind it was great to see so many local flower ladies, (and one gentleman). We had interesting discussions on both display mechanics and the flowers themselves. Thank you to Hazel Foxon Flowers for providing support and creating the beautiful meadow arrangement in the last photograph. *
