Ch*****ne is always a go to for me and this 2019 100% Pinot Noir from Ch*****ne Bollinger really hit the spot!

Beautiful and elegant with dominant fruit of ripe yellow peach, which the 50% oak fermented w**e complements with spicy mineral nuances. the nose has promised ripeness, the palate counterbalances it by its lovely linearity and saline, scintillating nervosity. A delicious all round sexy Ch*****ne.
