Nordikka LVT Bridle Oak Herringbone flooring through a proper cottage kitchen.

Beams, an inglenook fireplace, a farmhouse sink, with the perfect floor to match!

0.7mm wear layer for the same price as the big brand 0.3mm. This Herringbone style uses glue down method for installation with floor fully prepped with DMP and screed.

Two floors, one house.

On the stairs: a 100% wool runner, tapered at the sides so it sits properly into every winder rather than looking cut to fit. Wool for the stairs because it's what takes the daily wear of a staircase without flattening.

Through the hallway: Camaro LVT in Naked Blonde Oak, laid on the diagonal with a border and a design strip, not the standard straight run.

Same values on both jobs. Choose the right material for what the room actually has to do, then fit it so it looks like it was always there.

One floor, through the whole of downstairs.

Kitchen, hallway, utility, cloakroom, the same LVT running through every room without a break. It's a quiet decision that changes a house more than people expect. The eye doesn't stop at every doorway, so the ground floor reads as one space rather than five for beautiful consitncy throughout.

And because it's LVT rather than wood, it can go where wood can't — the kitchen, the utility, the downstairs loo. Properly waterproof, warm underfoot, very hard to damage.
