We are looking for a PT staff member for our store. The role will be from 15 - 30 hours per week, including weekend shifts.
Vapour House are sellers of E-Liquids, V**e hardware, accessories and CBD & H**P products. We need enthusiastic and hardworking sales assistants to join the team.
We are looking for a salesperson that has a good knowledge of va**ng and is able to use that knowledge to engage in sales.
We are looking for someone who has sales experience in the retail sector and is either a vaper or has experience in va**ng.
The successful candidate will be/have;
• Personable - able to engage with customers professionally and create a friendly atmosphere for customers and staff
• Customer-focused - able to listen to customers’ needs and respond effectively with products that will meet their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our extensive product range
• Has experience in using social media and responding to customer/potential customer through online channels.
• Maintaining high standards and ensuring products are fully stocked, well presented and clean with a good shelf life
• Keeping up to date with promotions and ensuring shelf labels are up to date
• Confident and clear communication skills
• Have previous consultative sales experience within a targeted sales environment or similar sector
There are PT positions available, there is an expectation that these will include Saturdays and Sundays.
Additional skills which may give you an advantage
• Graphic design
• Experienced in creating listings on Marketplace such as Amazon & eBay
