* I love colour and textiles and subsequently decided to start a business selling beautiful clothing and accessories from different countries and ethical and fair trade sources supporting other s * I love colour and textiles, and with a background of being a homeopath and holistic practitioner I recognise the therapeutic benefits of colour and textiles that enrich the senses *

* As a single pare

nt I needed to find a way to work around and involve my son. I subsequently decided to search and research and find colourful textiles that would give people happiness and cheer with their colour and attractive lure. *

* I am passionate about Fairtrade, and ensuring as much as I can that the products i buy are produced in good working conditions and are from ethical sources. *

* I have discovered a range of beautiful things that seem to enchant and delight people with their colour and feel *

* The range of products I sell keeps evolving as I discover different Fairtrade companies and sources. The throws, shawls, pashminas and scarves are made from different fibres and textiles - , Mongolian Yak wool, cotton, recycled cotton, sari silk, Cashmilo, linen etc *

*Solmate socks are unique in that a pair of socks contain 2 different socks within a pair! After all "llife is too boring for matching socks!" - a fantastic present for people of all ages *

* I support a womenโ€™s cooperative in Nepal who make a range of lovely colourful things made from handmade felt. The items include animal rucksacks, finger puppet rucksacks with 3 finger puppets, hand embroidered purses, vegan bags and purses, and beautiful felt handbags of various shapes and exotic colour combinations. *

* I am now selling a wide range of colourful clothing for summer and Winter. These I source from ethical and Fairtrade companies. *

* I am continually adding to the repertoire of things I sell as I discover them on my travels. I usually sell at local events and markets which I will list on the events page. *

* During covid restrictions I am selling online on Facebook on my page:
