Update folks , all decoders fitted and programmed. All working perfectly as they should . Now on to the ballasting.this is going to be painful 😆

Finally all decoders fitted and wired up ....Word for the wise "Do not use traintec PC1 decoders for the Gaugemaster point solenoid motors " . They simply are not man enough to operate the motors . Ideal for Peco or Hornby surface mounts thou . Had to change the whole lot over to matching Gaugemaster decoders, now all working perfectly. Just need to programme and allocate accessorie addresses.

Progress update well on its way to be ready to house a 6ft6 x 3ft n gauge layout with soft close top cover and support stays . Looking forward to seeing this completed 😀

Here we have the last update for a few weeks ....all turnouts motors wired up to the decoders ...finally wiring up will be done at the end of May ....Time for a holiday .

Productive weekend , test of the track completed , underside of board sealed with epoxy resin . Plus all point motors and decoders fitted ...evenings next week will be to hopefully wire them in before Thursday.

Brilliant bank holiday in the office , bus circuit in place , using copper tape and all track now soldered .
