Another week, another reason, but same result: we won’t have The Shetland Times tomorrow Friday, but - weather permitting - on Saturday.

Hi all,

Just to let you know due to a loading error at Aberdeen airport no newspaper supplies were carried this morning.

We are hoping they will arrive tomorrow morning but this all depends on the weather.

Papers will be delivered in the usual way.

Apologies this is out with our control.

Message from “The Shetland Times” :

Unfortunately the flight that the newspapers come on has been cancelled this morning due to fog.

The newspapers are scheduled to arrive on the flight tomorrow morning (weather permitting) and will be delivered in the usual way.

Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause, which is out with our control.

Meaning that we should have the newspapers on Saturday morning in Hillswick… weather permitting.

It’s our main delivery day - fresh local produce arriving at 2pm!

Tuna Pasta Recipe
1. Fry onion (& garlic) in a large sauce pan
2. Mix in jar of tomato sauce, tuna & sweetcorn
3. Stir in cooked pasta
4. Optional: spoon into an oven dish and cover with grated cheese and bake until cheese melted
- can add frozen peas, dried herbs and to make it go further a tin of chopped tomatoes 🍅
